Kudia brings more than 18 years of experience in film marketing and brand campaign management across the Indian entertainment industry. His career has involved working on marketing strategies and theatrical promotions for multiple film releases.
At Balaji Motion Pictures, Kudia is expected to oversee the execution of end-to-end marketing campaigns for the studio’s film projects. His role includes developing campaign strategies, coordinating with internal teams and ensuring smooth execution across platforms.
The responsibilities also involve monitoring media performance, tracking marketing outcomes and aligning campaign plans with release schedules. A combination of digital promotions and on-ground activations will be part of the marketing approach.

Kudia has also been part of PVR Cinemas in operations, where he handled exhibitor relations and on-ground event coordination connected to film promotions. The role involved managing promotional activities within cinema networks and coordinating with distribution and marketing teams.
