Trisnia Anchali Kardia brings over 10 years of experience in business messaging, technology sales, and e-commerce to her new role. Before joining Gupshup, she was the Country Head at Graas, where she led a significant revenue increase of over 120% and expanded the client base.

Anchali has also held leadership positions at major tech companies. At Telkomsel, she launched digital advertising solutions, and at Zomato Indonesia, she led sales strategies. Her time as Chief Commercial Officer at Line Corporation saw her oversee marketing, product development, and strategy for their enterprise messaging services, solidifying her expertise in the messaging sector.

Reports show that the conversational commerce market in Indonesia is set to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 19% from 2022 to 2028. By 2028, transaction values are expected to reach $30.3 billion, up from $12.7 billion in 2023.
