Airtel has announced a strategic partnership with Apple, bringing Apple TV+ and Apple Music to its Home Wi-Fi and postpaid users. This collaboration provides customers access to premium entertainment content and ad-free music streaming, making it easier to enjoy high-quality shows, movies, and songs without extra costs.

Apple TV+ for Airtel Home Wi-Fi

Airtel Home Wi-Fi customers subscribing to plans starting at Rs 999 can now enjoy Apple TV+ content as part of their package. This means they can stream Apple’s original series, movies, and documentaries on multiple devices, whether at home or on the move.

Postpaid users with plans of Rs 999 and above will also gain access to Apple TV+. In addition to video content, postpaid customers will receive six months of free Apple Music, giving them a vast selection of both Indian and international music.

Premium Viewing Experience

Apple TV+ offers globally acclaimed content, including hit shows such as ‘Ted Lasso’, ‘Severance’, ‘The Morning Show’, ‘Slow Horses’, and ‘Silo’. Customers will also be able to watch new blockbuster movies, including ‘Wolfs’ and ‘The Gorge’.

Apple Music brings one of the largest collections of songs across multiple languages, including English, Hindi, and many regional languages. Users can enjoy curated playlists, artist interviews, and Apple Music Radio. The service also includes features like Apple Music Sing, time-synced lyrics, lossless audio, and Spatial Audio for an immersive sound experience.

Vision of Airtel and Apple

Siddharth Sharma, CMO and CEO – Connected Homes at Airtel, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership. He emphasized that this collaboration will bring world-class entertainment and music to millions of customers and enhance the way people consume digital content. He added that Airtel aims to set a new standard for entertainment experiences by providing exclusive Apple content to its users.

Shalini Poddar, Director of Content and Services at Apple India, highlighted the importance of making award-winning Apple content more accessible to Indian audiences. She stated that Apple’s goal is to ensure that users across the country can enjoy premium TV shows, movies, and music through this partnership with Airtel.

Airtel Entertainment Ecosystem

With the addition of Apple TV+ and Apple Music, Airtel strengthens its entertainment portfolio, which already includes partnerships with Netflix, Amazon Prime, ZEE5, and Jio Hotstar. Airtel Home Wi-Fi customers now have an even wider range of premium content options, giving them access to some of the best entertainment platforms available.

By integrating Apple’s exclusive streaming services, Airtel ensures that its customers have an enriched entertainment experience with access to globally recognized content. This collaboration reflects Airtel’s commitment to providing top-tier digital services, making it one of the leading telecom providers in the country.
